Over 25 years of collaboration with Smukfest and 2025 became something very special
ProShop Europe has been providing AV solutions to Smukfest for more than 25 years, and the 2025 edition was another highlight of the long-standing collaboration. This year’s festival featured an impressive technical setup in Skoven, where we were once again responsible for supporting Smukfest’s communication, security and visual experiences through our technical solutions.
650 m² LED, complete info system and security solution
This year we delivered a technical AV solution consisting of a full 650 m² of LED screen, distributed across 40 screens strategically placed around the festival area. The screens formed the foundation for both information sharing and visual security communication, where Smukfest could convey important information and content to the audience in real time.
In addition, we provided technical support for live streaming and visual execution, so that the festival’s visual identity and communication could reach the guests via our platforms. Here, function and aesthetics were united, so that the technology supported the experience without getting in the way. Shawn Mendes, 50 Cent and Martin Garrix also had their own, custom-made screen solutions for their shows.
22 technicians and 17 days of full effort
With a dedicated team of 22 technicians, we completed the setup over 10 days, followed by 5 days of setup and 2 days of teardown. We were there all the way from the first cable to the final test, ensuring that the technology played safely, efficiently and with full focus on both the audience and the production.
