    Phone support

    Our skilled technicians have many years’ experience and are there at the other end of the line to offer their help from 8 am – 4 pm on weekdays. 24/7 telephone support can be purchased.

    Service agreement

    We offer an agreement to match your needs and solution. It is also possible to purchase a number of services.

    On site support

    If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, we can provide technical onsite assistance via our nationwide team of technicians.

    Status meeting

    An annual status meeting can be included in the service agreement to discuss any problems and new options.

    Warranty & support

    Depending on the service agreement, we normally give between one and three years’ warranty and support. In some cases, it is possible to upgrade and extend the agreement.
