A unique setting for the festival week
For Aarhus Festival Week 2024, ProShop Europe created a visually striking and functional scenography for the business event Imorgen. Our task was to design and technically implement a stage solution that balanced the professional and the playful – in line with the colorful identity of the festival week. The result was a light and floating visual frame that combined functionality with aesthetics and gave the audience a seamless experience from start to finish.
What is Imorgen?
Imorgen is a business-oriented conference and part of Aarhus Festuge Business. The event brings together decision-makers, business people and visionaries from both Denmark and abroad for a day filled with inspiring presentations, panel debates and networking. With the creative spirit of the festival week as a backdrop, Imorgen creates a gathering point where the business community can meet in an inspiring setting – and where innovation and collaboration are at the center.
The technical execution
ProShop Europe was responsible for the entire technical execution of the event – from LED screens and camera production to sound, lighting and scenography. We designed a stage solution with round and rounded screens, inspired by the visual universe of the festival week, and integrated both main sponsors and live content in an elegant way. The logo was recreated as a dynamic LED element and gave character to the stage, while supporting the narrative throughout the day. Everything was programmed and controlled with precision to ensure a smooth process and a strong visual expression that supported both the professional and the festive.
