The Main Stage at Gamebox 2025 was the centerpiece of the experience – we were behind the technology

For Gamebox Festival 2025, ProShop Europe delivered a complete AV solution for the Main Stage, consisting of sound, lighting, and LED screens. In close collaboration with the client, we designed a custom solution, which was visualized in 3D using Wysiwyg software. This allowed the client to experience the stage setup even before production began – a valuable process that created confidence and mutual understanding.

After three days of planning and a day of technical preparation at our warehouse, we began setup at MCH Messecenter Herning. Over four intensive days, all equipment was installed and programmed: trusses and rigging points were suspended from the ceiling, kilometers of cables were laid, and lights, speakers, and LED screens were installed. The Front of House and backstage areas were built, and our technicians programmed the lighting, fine-tuned the sound, and prepared everything for showtime. The final day was dedicated to full rehearsals and quality assurance – ensuring everything could be executed flawlessly and efficiently.
