Complete Interpretation and AV Solution

In April 2009 the European Operating Room Nurses Association (EORNA) held their 5th international congress in the Bella Center in Copenhagen.
At the congress 2000 nurses from more than 20 European countries participated. The congress lasted for three days.

Complete Interpretation Solution
For the main room we supplied and handled a total interpretation solution for five languages. The solution contained among other things camera production and monitors with a live feed of the speakers and their visual presentations for the interpreters. In an adjacent room was the speaker room, where we prepared the speakers’ presentations. Besides from the interpretation solution, we also supplied big screens, light and sound for the main room.

Apart from the main room, there were three other rooms in use, where parallel sessions such as work shops were held. For each room we supplied a total AV solution with a projector, screen, a plasma screen, speakers and microphones.
