About DTW Ignite 2025
DTW Ignite 2025 took place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, bringing together over 4,000 industry professionals and 130 international speakers for a three-day conference with a clear focus: to create growth and rethink the role of telecommunications in an AI-driven future.
It was a record-breaking event with more than 1,000 leaders from communications service providers around the world coming together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and set a new direction for the entire industry.
AV across stages
For DTW Ignite 2025, ProShop Europe was responsible as AV supplier. We provided the technical infrastructure with sound, lighting and LED screens on the two largest stages of the conference.
Our team consisted of around 30 dedicated technicians who worked closely with the organizers to ensure a technical solution that matched both the level of ambition and the complexity of the event.
The Technical implementation
We started the setup four days before the conference opening, where we were responsible for everything from stage construction and equipment assembly to thorough testing and preparatory rehearsals. During the event itself, we ensured complete technical operation and support on all stages, both the main stage and breakout areas.
When the program was successfully completed, all equipment was packed down efficiently and with great respect for both the schedule and the venue.
All in all, we delivered a scalable and reliable AV solution that formed the framework for an absolutely top-class conference.
